There was a 5 hour delay. The bus left at 9:30 in the morning from Urbana Champeign to Saint Louis and did not arrive at the station until after 2:30 p.m. You can not claim anywhere, and with a simple "apologize", they do not take care of anything else. They do not return the money, for a disastrous service.

Such pathetic service. We were travelling from Chicago to Champaign, after waiting for two hours at the station the bus got cancelled. When we asked for the refund (Worth $80) we were told to call the service center. When called up the service center they asked to drop an email so they can approve. I mean, do I have all the time in the world to be wasting it on such non sense issues? Pathetic!! Never ever going to book my tickets from Greyhound.

Yes babies should be free....Be aware that traveling through or around Denver is tricky.. Long delays and sometimes they reroute ! Safe travels to you and wee one!!!

Yes indeed. This facility is called Illinois Terminal, and serves Amtrak, Greyhound, Burlington Trailways, the Champaign Urbana Mass Transit District, a Shuttle from Danville, taxis, and etc.

You can go inside it's an actual bus station. Im not sure of they're business hours. However I've been during day and there was staff. I've been late @ night an no one but security you can still access the building even if greyhound workers aren't there

I don't know how much it cost but it's cheaper to purchase tickets on line. Get your confirmation number after buying ticket online. Take your number to local 7 eleven store. Show it to the cashier pay for the ticket they will give you a receipt at the store. After you buy ticket give the receipt to the teller at Greyhound bus station or when you line up before boarding the bus give it to the bus driver. It's best to find out who you give the receipt to before boarding. Ask the teller at the front to assist you.
