1, they lie about everything, 2, they don't have receipt, 3, be prepared to throw your shirt away since it will have hair all over, 4, be prepared to spend more than $50 if you want to do just a little extra, 5, they want to use the clippers for everything, no matter what length you ask them for. I arrived there at 5:30 and google map said they close at 6, but they said they were closed when I arrived (another guy arrived even later than me). They cut my hair anyway (mine was a simple men's haircut). I said one and half inches on top, and the guy just used the 1 inch guard. He said "I'm positive it will be one and half inches." I even measured it when I got back, and it was 1 inch. Their "professional" haircut had sharp corners and uneven surfaces and no transition at all, you can do better yourself. Also, the guy got hair all over my shirt and my body, so I had to throw the shirt away. I ended up spending $31 for a simple cut and an unclean wash. They had no receipt and they seemed not happy that I chose the minimum amount of tip, $5. You can only choose $5, or $7 or $10. I waited till today after I saw $31 posted to my credit card to write this review. This is how much I resent and distrust those people. To summarize, if you don't want to spend $100 (haircut + shirt thrown + tips + trip + other basic stuff (scissor cut, wash, etc.)), and if you can afford $30 for a clippers set, then even your own haircut is better than theirs.

Very nice place. Fully staffed so there was no wait time. Cut my hair exactly as I asked. Also very clean. As of 7/8/2022 it's still a great place to get your hair cut

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
