Wow, I am really shocked to see some of the comments above that are so negative.... I'm not a member and go there off and on every year. Yes, they have nice cabins you can rent with water view, we have rented. We've rented a 3 silder R.V. spot and tent spaces with other families. They have a FREE dump area for RVs if you do get a space without Sewer too. They have cheap $5 boat Rentals, play ground, basketball court, wash room, but bathrooms, etc. And we had camp fires too for our Smores, hot dogs, etc. NOT sure the why some people made the negative comments. Keep in mind...its a Camp site NOT a luxury high Class Resort with a Jacuzzi and golfing!!! Ha ha ha. CAMPING and have fun!!

Worst place I've ever been. Reserved a site with full hookups get there and they don't have a sewer hookup then wanted to charge us 17.50 to dump. " you should have dumped before you got here" Direct quote. The site were 4 inches apart slide to slide. Worst experience and rudest people ever.

Not at all there are cabins that you can rent for a night or two days or a week away but I have resource that the cabins are available or one cabin is available and it's through my friend if you're interested I can get in contact with them and you can arrange something on the island of Lake Sawyer other than that it would be someone you know on the lake or you can take a boat out on the dock lunch and spend the whole day so there are resources I don't know all of them but this much I do know thank you and you have a nice day take care

I have stayed at this park many summers, including last summer. The manager and husband were very helpful. However, it was run down compared to two summers before. My understanding is that the elderly owner pasted away and the kids inherited the business. The younger generation did nothing to keep it in working order. The new management are working with their new affiliate Colorado River Resorts on plans to expand and improve the park. Wait and see. It is an amazing location which gives accesses to a lovely little lake. Even in its present condition the place is peaceful and easy to get to Seattle proper. I am in transition from a Class A Motorhome and will tent this this summer. I was told I can not stay two weeks in a tent, only one. I am not happy about that needless to say. My member ship is for three week and two weeks in peek time. Go figure.
