We have been coming to this park since 94 and it was beautiful. The lake is great but the park has very few full hook ups and the spots that do mostly for live ins. The spots are narrow and tree stumps coming out of the ground to trip on. We checked in on Sunday and Donna was super nice but the manager is anything but nice. She is very rude and the lady that cleans the bathrooms is a nasty lady. After all of these years of being a member we will not be camping here again . That is very sad because we have had a lot of good memories at this park. All the buildings are locked up and absolutely no activities. Don't know what we are actually paying for.

Ive come here for years with my grandparents. I love this park and have sweet memories, it is beautiful here. And I’m very sad to see the park no longer being cared for- docks, bathrooms and common areas are completely falling apart. Most of the management is extremely rude; I was finishing up my shower at 9am (closing at 9am for cleaning) and the lady started loudly and aggressively mbanging on the shower door for me to “get out, get out, GET OUT”. My mistake for being there late, but this was unnecessary and scary. I’m very disappointed that we won’t be returning here following this trip.

Good campground with a nice lake for fishing and park for the kids. Docks are alittle dated, no wifi, and no sewer connections in your spot. Staff was very friendly and while the spots aren't huge our 30' with a slide out had space, the only thing we couldn't do was setup yard games. Overall a good campground for the price and worth the stay!

Campsites were clean, well spaced, and well signed. We were tent camping, which was nice that they had it available even though their bread and butter is RVs. Nice bathroom, free showers. 4 stars instead of 5 due to the lake entrance being kind of gross (lots of water plants, no real “swimming” area) but all in all a pleasurable stay. Check in was easy and pleasant, she even brought us over to our site in her golf cart. Definitely would stay again - site prices comparable to state park rates.

Wow, I am really shocked to see some of the comments above that are so negative.... I'm not a member and go there off and on every year. Yes, they have nice cabins you can rent with water view, we have rented. We've rented a 3 silder R.V. spot and tent spaces with other families. They have a FREE dump area for RVs if you do get a space without Sewer too. They have cheap $5 boat Rentals, play ground, basketball court, wash room, but bathrooms, etc. And we had camp fires too for our Smores, hot dogs, etc. NOT sure the why some people made the negative comments. Keep in mind...its a Camp site NOT a luxury high Class Resort with a Jacuzzi and golfing!!! Ha ha ha. CAMPING and have fun!!
The only time I seen long term, if you worked and lived there. I did hear them renting out, but not for long. Maybe for a month or two, etc and I think it's for only certain spaces. I would call them.
Yes, they are with bathroom, 2 bedrooms with closet, living room and full kitchen. Like an apartment. Nice!
If you mean do they have or take GOOD SAM or others, yes .
Not In lake Sawyer they ripped me off
Yep, open any day.
