You take the recite that they gave you when you bought it. Then you go to the return desk or you walk up to the person that has to check your recite when something is not in a bag then you tell him or her that you need to return something and then he or her will tell you where to go.
I totally agree with BOTH statements that were said before. It really would be best if you still have receipt but if don't still take back and I would go to same store you bought it at.
Bring receipt in with battery to customer service
I believe you would you take it in to the customer service and they can help you from there. You will have a much better experience if you have your reciept.
