They were insanely packed in the parking lot and drive thru but we were still able to dine in and get our food for 10 of us in a timely fashion. BRAVO Culvers and I had specific details like a double sour dough patty melt with no onions and American cheese instead of Colby also well done and easy on the butter....IK IK I can be a bit much but I like what I like and it's the bomb with some cheese sauce of course with the French fries I also had other specifications for a few other items for my kiddos and they got it all right.

Cars that had ordered after us were getting their food and driving off while we had waited parked. Went inside to get the drinks, the ones we got were the wrong flavor and melted. The right flavor was taken down when ordered--disappointing the order was messed up since the right flavor does taste good, compared to the flavor we got instead. They didn't ask if we wanted them remade with the right flavor.

Usually this Culver’s location goes above & beyond with their food & especially their frozen custard. However, the last three times I visited this location for pick up, my custard was melted…COMPLETELY. I always order a concrete mixer with Eli’s chocolate cake, toffee pieces, salted caramel & hot fudge….& lately it’s melted and/or missing mix-ins!!! I understand hot fudge being hot & probably being the cause of the melting but maybe, just maybe if you waited until I pulled up & notified you that I had arrived & THEN made my concrete mixer, it probably wouldn’t be MELTED! It can’t take longer than 2 minutes to make a concrete mixer. I’ll wait the 2 minutes for a MIXER, not a SHAKE that I ordered. Please do better Culver’s. It’s the small common sense things!

I had an issue with using the app, but help came to me at Curbside so I could figure out what I did wrong. Once the order was in, it was put together quickly. Unfortunately, a couple of small items were left out which we didn't notice until we got home. I called and they fixed the issue to my satisfaction. The food, a cod dinner and double cheeseburger, was great, as usual.

Yes, I do agree. I've had the same happen there too. McDonald's is worse though. It's like every time I go my order gets messed up. That's one of the reasons I like Culvers better. Not as many mistakes.
We do hire at !4, you can stop in and grab an application. You can ask if we have any openings.
Specials change daily ,best way to know the special is to pick up a printed monthly calendar that they have available on the counter by the napkins ,straws ,condiments etc when you stop in for something or just stop in an get one so you have it available and put it in your glovebox or on your refrigerator or someplace like that at home . You can also probably just use your smartphone and look it up very quickly also i would assume most likely ,it is also posted a lot of times on the bulletin board when driving by with the daily food special etc .
Masks obviously, and limited seating inside depending on location.
Each Culver's franchise has their own monthly schedule of their flavors of the day.
