HORRIBLE HOTEL! Our team stayed here only to have 3 separate cars broken into and 1 car stolen!! Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to deal with replacing broken windows and/or your car altogether. Response comments state they have implemented additional security measures and are in 'constant' contact with authorities. Well, they aren't working because break-ins continue to occur. The front desk woman could have cared less about the cars being broken into. AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!

We agree, stay AWAY! We went to the Brewers game& came back to a parking lot of full of vehicles with their windows broken out (at least 5) that we saw driving through to turn around & park somewhere else. I'm pregnant & was a bit worried about what was going on. We went to the front desk to report it & the front desk said they were aware. We went up to our floor & found rooms of people that were packing up & leaving. They were there since Thursday & this was the second time they experienced the break ins. They also told us that some of their vehicles were stolen earlier too! Nope, all of our group (8 people) packed up & checked out. Being in my 3rd trimester we were not going to risk having our brand new truck stolen or broken into!!! The front desk was unhelpful & cold when we asked about a refund for rooms we never even got to use. We simply got a business card for the manager... maybe with all this going on the manager should be there at night to help the staff.. very disappointed on how the situations were treated. Especially for those that experienced it more than once! I didn't even hear a simple "sorry" to anyone involved.

Everything was great except waking up each morning and being charged more money on card. Paid for room in full in April 2022 and while in room (time for trip) was charged $103 next morning. Was informed at check in thete will be no charges all was paid for unless we charged incidentals to room. Wake up following morning to a $103 charge for stay. Was informed hotel computer and sometimes night people charge and round up for incidental deposits. We check out on Monday (tomorrow)...we will see.... poor explanation of reasoning and I am a rewards member!

The hotel is nice, but while we were there in June 2022 our catalytic converter was cut off the car in the north parking lot. Despite being told by Milwaukee police they need to address their lack of security cameras in their parking lot, they refuse to do anything about it. Nice hotel, but I wouldn't trust leaving your car here. This apparently happens all the time.
