I usually don't come to this goodwill but I decided to try it out. I get to checkout and I try to use my rewards card and the lady says it doesn't work so I ask if I would be able to get a different card. The lady says no it's not the card it's how it was put in the system. I say okay well can I take out a rewards card with a different number and I was told no so I'm pretty disappointed in how that was handled.

If it's the month of your birthday you can get, once a year, high birthday discount...and the combination with discount for signing up for frequent user card is 40%....but, there are rules about other discounts, also...good luck...You might find vouchers for assistence throught your local church...
