While I was visiting family in the area. I stopped at this location due to the convenient lot. For my transaction I had the account info and ID ready. Everything went smoothly. I had an additional question during the visit to the branch and the teller was very helpful with getting the information I inquired about. Overall it was a great experience. Terrible service! I made an appointment a week ago for 1:00pm. I got there on time and even waited in line just to get attended. Then I was told I had to wait “a few minutes” because there wasn’t enough staff. I waited about an hour watching other clients get attended before me. I saw two other staff members there not a single one asked if they could attend me. There was then two of them working and still no service for me. As I was about to leave the lady Janelle told me she would attend me after the person she was with. When she finished with the person she let another one come to her. I was going to make another appointment but I can’t trust the service here anymore. I understand if you are low on staff but clients with an appointment should be your priority. Today was my only day off just to waste an hour of my life. Extremely poor service!

They young lady working tonite.. short and thin.. very unpolite!! Like how come bank cant go back to regular hours at store locations?? Like some people work till 5-530 pm.
