I've gone here a few times. Wait time for 1 pizza is always at least 25 minutes or more. I only go when I have free time. Quality varies, sometimes there isn't enough sauce, or the dough is too thin and not cooked decently.

I ordered online an hour ahead of time, and they still took 26 minutes after I got there to make one cheese pizza. I went through the drive-thru at the pick-up time, was told it wasn't ready and to come back in 10-15 minutes. I drove up again, the cashier gave me a pizza, I parked and checked it - wrong pizza. I went inside, the same cashier went and got a manager - he was clearly done dealing with me. The manager was polite and problem-solved to get my pizza ready in 5 minutes. Same cashier actually checked the pizza this time and slid it over with a "sorry about the wait." I will not be returning to this location, I was so wildly disappointed in their service.

Very poor customer service. Employees are too slow to do their job. Only one employee on the cashier and there were bouch of employees laughing and talking while doing nothing. Order from online for 45min but when get there, they told us they haven't made it... wait another 45 more min.... Not gonna go there no more....and this is why... Burning pizza...
