Food is cooked fresh once ordered .... I wouldn't stop there if your time is limited like that.
On average expect 10 to 15 mins for your order to be ready. We waited during dinner rush about 15 mins on a Friday night. The wait time is comparable to a in and out burgers.
They are always busy but that's no excuse. If they are so busy they should hire more employees

If you want faster service, there's always the chain restaurants with horrible quality.
