We decided to go inside instead of drive thru, big mistake. Food and service was good but to many sketchy people inside. Very uncomfortable. Will only use drive thru from now on.

we went to jack in box yesterday and not just where they slow they where disrespectful the minute we got there we asked for extra sauce and gave us a BAG full of it we asked for abit of lettuce and got a whole BAG of it as well! we asked for lettuce on the side because my mom does not like it soggy yet they told us to pull to the side and brought us our food after 30 mins yet our food was still cold along with our fries i hated the fact that i come back hoping it gets better but it doesn’t im sorry but you guys need to improve if this is the job you applied for then make it better show ur customer more respect
