Unbelievable! I work for Carls Jr 8 years ago with the district manager side by side visiting every store checking our food quality and employees, but this is unacceptable everything was cold the pattie, looks dark and dry the bread was smashed and the onions rings look like; was cooked 5 hours ago and they just put the leftover this is really bad employees environment and for the price that people pay is a nightmare. Rate: 1/10 Qualify food: FAIR ❌

The fries were burned, not fresh at all and had a piece of rock on one of them. I had to throw them all away and couldn't enjoy my meal. I was really disappointed...this is more like old. gross. gone!
