Purchased a non-Toyota used vehicle from this dealership in Aug month. Purchase process was good, but post Purchase process to get agreed repairs done was a nighmare. Took almost a month to complete the repairs. Constant follow-up was required and many times no response. It was suppose to have been fully inspe cted but battery was dead in two weeks after receiving the vehicle. Also, looks like there are electrical issues I need get fixed.

Don't want to lease, but my family and I have three generations of great dealings with Germain Toyota and Lexus. They have always explained everything to us in great detail, and have negotiated our purchases fairly.
