It may just be a hiccup but my service stunk!! I took the car in Monday 9/14 and Dave told me a couple of days! I received an email saying my business was appreciated and I would be kept up-to-date? I received no more messages. I called on Wednesday and Bill apologized for me not being kept up-to-date! He said "Dave" was no longer there and my car was left taken apart and waiting on a part! It is Sunday and tomorrow will be seven days with out my car!!! No contacts from Germaine and supposedly open until 5pm ;however, no-one answered the phone at 3:45pm after several attempts!! I'm a long time customer who leases 2 vehicles every 3 years. I do everything asked of me and pay my bills on time. I even put oil changes in when called for!! I am seriously thinking Honda after this lack of treatment and courtesy!! Norm Kushen

I've used Germain service for my Tacomas for 13 years and have never had a problem. Prices are pretty standard. Repairs are prompt with pretty accurate ETAs. The entire staff is friendly and they go over all your requests in detail both when you book and once it's done to make sure you are completely satisfied. And of course they will recommend future maintenance if they find anything else while they're 'under the hood'. They have on site car rental and will often comp it for major /lengthy repairs.

My wife and I have used the service department for both our Camry and Corolla for the past 3 years. They have fair prices on most of there services and we haven't had to take the cars back for them to correct stuff that was part of the original repair. They have fixed it the first time for us.

I've always had good luck with Germain Toyota. A time or two, thought the original price quote was a little high. Once we discussed what I actually need done, with no extras, prices were as expected,

I have always had excellent service. We had 2 Camrys for the last 5 years they have handled the service on both. I took one car to another dealer for service and they failed to tighted the oil pan bolt. If I had an issue they took care of it immediately
