- Overcharged $11 - Missing items 3 cookies and 1 gallon lemonade - Order took 30+ minutes due to staff canceling the order in error - staff showed no concern over errors or time they made us wait, no empathy for our experience - Returned 3 times due to missing items in the order I was over charged $11 by an employee that did not know how to place the order. Lucky we caught it and the manager took care of it right away. She admitted that her staff were not trained well. That would not be so bad but then it was 30 minutes and the order did not come out. We inquired and found out they had cancelled the order! The manager had to get on the team to fulfill the order. Once the order was completed we had to return another time due to missing items There is no way this place is a 4.5 stars. You can clearly see that this business has bots inflating their reviews. You can also tell they do it care about their customer experience when there are no responses to concerns and reviews. Total lack of accountability.

This chick-fil-a has a very bad tendency of giving you 1/3 of your fries. They never use to be like this but they changed I guess

Every once in a while I get the wrong order or I end up missing an item. It's always this Chick-fil-A. The other location don't fail. Annoyed and frustrated, but this is the closest to me. Now have to eat it regardless.

Own your employees. That's this location. Great grilled chicken freshly made. Fresh everything. I mean fresh. The Fresh Lemonade is delicious. My fries were freshly made. I waited a few extra minutes for my sandwich. But it was worth it 100% I'm completely happy about my food, service, and everything involved here.
