For some reason this Taco Bell Drive-thru started this policy not to let you drive up to window when it's your turn to pay, they wave you back till they have your food ready and I don't know if they are doing this because of covic or what but they can always just close the Drive-thru window (Duh) needless to say the other cars behind you start yelling and beeping for you to move up. what really sucks is when they drop your change on the ground before you can grab it and don't say sorry

Do you like your food well made? Do you like fast courteous service? Well ladies and gentlemen, this taco bell is not the place for that. Yup I'm not surprised that this was the worst taco bell ever. I don't know what you guys are doing at this taco bell but it's obvious you're goofing off and taking your sweet old time in there. The outside banner says they're dining room is open, as it's daytime, but when getting closer to the door it's locked and a small paper not visible from a distance says "drive through only, cash only." You don't know the dining room is closed until you get right to the door. Okay fine. But as I ordered my food the girl employee on the other end laughed. I asked if there is a problem and she said no. Now I'm fine with laughter and love laughing, but I found that kind of weird and inapropriate. That's why i asked if there was an issue, because it sounded like she was not focusing on taking an order and distracted. Or on the other hand, I hope she wasn't laughing at what I ordered. I'm not trying to be cynical but because I felt it was rude to laugh when a customer's ordering, I couldn't help but wonder why. Then, the wait was way too long, perhaps 20 to 30 minutes, ughh. Plus I actually told the window person that I seen two people also walk up the door outside, only to find out it's locked. The food was poorly made and my chalupa was hard, I've never experienced that before. Inconvenience after inconvenience. I will never go to this taco bell again and you know what, neither should you.

My friend and I love Taco Bell and a couple of times per week we walk almost two miles from our home to this location. When we arrived the door was unlocked with the hours on the door stating they were open until 1:00 am or later. When we walked in, the cashier said sorry we're closed for dining. Since we had no car with us at the time, itold her our situation and asked her to take our order and we would leave and not dine in as we didn't plan on doing so anyways. She still refused to take our order and I asked to speak to a manager. She went to the back and came back up to the front and said the manager still won't take our order. I said can I please speak to the manager and she said she was too busy. I told her we had time and could wait until she had a moment to address the issue at hand. The manager walked out and the cashier approached her in front of us and said they won't leave until they talk to you. Please note, we never refused to leave and we're not asked to leave. The manager looked up at me and I explained the situation to her. She didn't walk up to me either, she was further toward the drive thru window so I had to explain myself in front of the entire crew. I simply explained we just want two burritos and we wanted it to go. I was paying with credit card so I knew it wouldn't affect the front registers since they appeared to be in the process of shutting them down. She rolled her eyes at use and told her cashier, just take their order. At this point I was curious. I used to be a manager for a fast food restaurant and know how vital customer service is. I was polite the whole time. After the food was ready the cashier put it on the counter without saying a word. Then when she handed me my receipt with the order she didnt say anything. Also during her taking our order she stopped me and went to lock the door. We got our sauces and went to walk out but couldn't leave because she locked the door. We waited for her to finish cleaning and then she came to unlock the door. I smiled and said thank you and also asked for her name. She asked me why and I explained I needed to report my experience here tonight and she said too bad you don't need my name. I then asked her if she was reading to give me her name and she proceeded to tell me yes she is refusing. What she failed to remember is her name is on the receipt. I was simply double checking to make sure she gave me the same name that matched the receipt. Iv never been this disgusted with the negative attitudes and customer service and treatment by any staff until this incident. I hope Taco Bell can midigate this issue in a feasible way and that the staff here learn from this complaint.

I stood at front counter for at least 3 minutes(not exaggerating) without an acknowledgement. I had to ask if they were open to get a response. Still no one came to the counter to take my order so i walked out. It's a shame taco Bell, you're conveniently right down the street from my house.
