This rating is based on the restaurants efficiency and general ambiance. I walked in and waited nearly 20 minutes for a hamburger and a large drink. Isn’t this fast food? There were several people who came in from the drive-through saying that items were missing from their order. Almost every single person that was inside of the restaurant was waiting in line they were not sitting at a table. There seem to be many transients to use this location which is fine in itself, but when one of the guests who is inside the restaurant is screaming at the top of his lungs cursewords and profanities and none of the staff do anything about it… I’m not sure how I feel about that. Several customers were standing at the counter yelling at people in the kitchen asking them if anyone would help them and no one responded and one person told them that they would have to wait. Another person completely ignored them. It seems like this is a common daily occurrence.

Waited a long time in the drive thru for what I thought was a Mcchicken . Idk that the hell they gave me . But it’s hard and has a weird taste . They gave me an old pattie . Such a waste of time and money . Cannot stand this location at all 🙄.

Lines was long, so I parked. My daughter and I went inside because we only wanted fries and a sundae. Took 25mins to get a large fries, another 10mins to get my refund because they tell me after I've waited 25 minutes, that their ice cream machine is down. What a waste of almost 40 mins.

If I could give a place no stars, I would. This place doesn’t not care about the customers. There is a long line only to get cold food. The woman taking orders was distracted. After waiting so long, we got three sets of cold fries, three cold sandwiches, and no sauces at all. Do not eat here unless you want food poisoning.
