When I ordered a ham and cheese omelette this morning while in the drive thru, why did I not get the toast that I described to the host? When I took it home and opened omelette there was no toast but I got some jelly?

They were probably busy & forgot your toast. That's why you should pull over & check your order

You should never have to check your order before you.leave. it should be correct in the first place. If it is wrong call them and speak with the manager. Its the only way they will know what is happening
