Always keep your dog on a leash. There is more things than your dog to worry about, other dogs, horses, rattlesnakes, Bobcats, mountain lions, doesnt matter if your dog is well trained or you trust them, follow the rules of the park 🙄

Matt, Thank you for your attitude about disturbing the wild life with your dog. Keep him on a leash! Shirley Reynolds

Yes, make sure they are on a leash and in control. I hike there quite often. And on more than one occasion I have seen even leashed dogs try to attack each other.

Matt Tompkins | Jul 25, 2019

Yes. Leash is probably needed, but if there is no one around and u trust ur dog I take mine off.

Yep! Dogs are allowed. You just need to keep a good eye on them, and be cautious if there are any other animals. My dog loves squirrels- and whenever he sees one, he chases one. The park is filled with squirrels. Sometimes if a dog is not on the leash, it can be dangerous for it to cross a street, especially if it sees something like a squirrel, rabbit, or maybe another dog that it chases. But overall, you're good with dogs!

Yes, I would make sure of a few things. Does your dog have all of it's current shots. Do you use something to keep fleas away. Most important keep your dog on a leash. Strays and runaways are a big problem at the animal shelters
