Beautiful and well maintained. Different trails all over. Can be a quick hike or challenging. Lots foot traffic so early bird gets the worm.

Intense inclines on the way up to mini peak of robbers roost. Great views in each direction. A good workout and good place to train incline on the extended trails. The nature trail along the creek is pretty. Lots to explore. A very relaxing place. Good place to picnic also. Not my favorite OC park but one I’d come back to.

Large park with many trails of different difficulty levels. $3.00 for weekdays. $5.00 for weekends. They have a small but nice nature center. There are alot of cyclists/bikers at this park, so be careful. The best views require some steep climbing but well worth it. There is an array of flora and fauna here. Wildlife I saw were lizards, beetles, birds, coyote, and mule deer. I recommend going on a trail but coming back on a different one so you can see different parts of the park. Also, if you like history there are informational displays to inform you about the people and changes this area went through. Due to the damage of the natural habitat over the years, there appears to be a large effort to restore it so please stay on the trails. This was a wonderful park so if you are a hiker who loves nature, this park is for you. Enjoy!

Beautiful spot for a hike, many different terrains in shirt proximity. Uphill sections can be slippery so make sure your footwear is appropriate if you want to walk these trails - plenty of flat trails to walk too if uphill isn't your jam.

WAIT 72 HOURS AFTER IT RAINS TO GO ON A HIKE IN THE WOODS! If you ask "why", just remember that there is a character limit to these posts. Unless you got a 4.0 Bachelors degree in "California mud" and are an olympic gymnast/rock climber: get out

Agreed

If you bring your dog in, the dog must be on a leash and the leash will be in your hand. No matter how well trained your dog might be, Lassie will still try to make friends with a rattle snake. Capiche?

In this scenario, is the dog named "Capiche"? Or is the snake?

Always keep your dog on a leash. There is more things than your dog to worry about, other dogs, horses, rattlesnakes, Bobcats, mountain lions, doesnt matter if your dog is well trained or you trust them, follow the rules of the park 🙄

No, the trails are rough in parts. There is gravel, and a few hills. I think it would be an accident waiting to happen
