Lovely quaint park with historic-looking buildings, trellises and nicely paved rock paths throughout.

Very small intimate Park. Good to eat a quick lunch at, has benches to sit and enjoy has a picnic table with chest/checker board on table very old school and adorable. It has a barn that wasn't open but it looks cool.

Nice little park! The landscape is beautiful and maintained very well. There's a little path that goes through the park with some plaques and signs that describes what you're looking at and also talks about the history of the park. All I know is that this used to be owned by the pitcher family. In the late 80's the wife donated her land to the city after her husband died. She specifically wanted her land to be a park for the people to enjoy. You can see a lot of history in the barn that is in the center of the park. When that Barn is open you could take a little tour and check out all the cool stuff in there.

Cool little spot walking distance from Old Town Orange. I sometimes come here to read or just chill and catch some rays on some cement benches. Small park on the corner. A really chill spot to come hang in the AM.

Questions & Answers

Hi. Do you think it is ever used for parties, weddings, big events? Would it be nosy living next to the park as I'm considering? Thanks

I live just about a hundred yards away. It's a lovely quiet park! It is used for wedding pics...kids birthday parties and other neighborhood family uses! If your a recluse and want no one nearby but homes...don't buy it! It's a park for people to use so people are there year round...but generally it's a wonderful pocket park! Orange city has recently cleaned it up and thinned all the plants up so you can SEE THROUGH THE AREA and discourage people from doing many of the things people like to see prohibited! If your thinking of buying that eclectic home next door...I would say...YES. But that's me. I own my home nearby...remember?
