Nice place to go and chill.walk the paths round the pond. Always sports teams practicing. Little hideaways for romantic getaway or picnic. Great for kids family's and other gatherings. Great vibe throughout the whole park. If not wanting to picnic or get out of your vehicle looked like many people enjoyed sitting in car and chilling for their lunch hour or whatever.

This park has something for everyone! Rose garden, great play ground, trails to walk on, a pond with great ducks in the winter, and the list goes on. I visit often.

The biggest playground in Walnut Creek! And one of the biggest playgrounds I've ever seen. Numerous colorful structures offer save and fun activities for children of all ages and activities. Slides, swings, climbing structures, and astroturf hills for sliding.

Pretty big park with plenty to do. Baseball fields, soccer fields, volleyball nets, trails, a pond to look at, a big play structure for kids, BBQ areas, exercise stops, big beautiful garden. Bathrooms are scattered but uncommon.

There is an area that you can reserve and serve alcohol within that designated area. It is not allowed anywhere else in the park.
Yes, but I believe you have to reserve it in advance if it's for a party
Usually opened at 6-7a.m. Closed around 8p.m.
Yes!
They closed at night
Like 9 minutes it’s 2.2 miles
Pretty confident you can have a bounce house furthermore you can reserve specific bbq area and tables.
No
Well... there are large parking lots adjacent to large fields for sports. The park gets really full on game day and getting to a picnic area can be a challenge. Other days I have set up an easel for 4 hours at a time. Others are not mind full of your needs and park close to you. You may have to carry your things a fair distance. Please bring a simple hand truck or cart to make it possible. Have a relaxing day and don't forget to pack out your trash.
No
It is open.
I don't know that
Heather Farms is open for public access and when I was there 2 weeks ago they had a wedding in the Rose Garden♥️♥️♥️
No
Yup of you want to go the skatepark?
No
It's America, public places are always open. Just remember that and we'll be just fine.
There is a large pool but I believe that is set up for lap swimming. I have never tried to swim there.
good question! I think that if the kite is not a drone, then you can)
See rule #4. You can bring your own BBQ, however you must also bring a container to dispose of the coals. You cannot dispose of them there. Also, it must be carried, not dragged across the grass. https://www.walnut-creek.org/departments/arts-and-recreation/recreation-parks/parks/picnic-rentals/park-policies-regulations They do have locations to BBQ on site.
I'm not sure. I haven't tried to go fishing

No jumpers allowed but there playground is huge.
Yes you can reserve tables
That's weird but no.
You can just show up. Theres a huge park and open feild with picnic tables you can eat at. Im not sure if the actual rose garden has tables, but they have benches and some open space that you could lay a blanket down.
Its a wonderful place to jog walk and spend time with family 😊
Yes, BBQ should still be available.
