Yes the center is very helpful in finding people shelter
I was actually homeless in 2012 going into 2013 when we had all those thunder snow and blizzards in Kansas City, Bishop Sullivan center helped me get all the way back up. They help me with food, gasoline when I got a vehicle, bus passes, job search. They even helped me get that vehicle after I got a job and went through the Job Program. Bishop Sullivan Center I Can't Give Them Enough praise for what they've done for me and my life and I'm still going strong. So yes they can help with anything that your friend is going through.
