Gordon Ramsay didn't open 35+ restaurants worldwide having a low standard on food, he only makes the best and demands the best reason his prices are high. Your getting your moneys worth eating at any of his restaurants, also reason he is so hard on his staff to put the best out. If you watch Hell's Kitchen you will see how strict he is! :)
Depends on what you get! My order came out to a total of $54 I believe? And that included a 20% tip. I ordered the lobster risotto, 1 side, and a gin and tonic. The sides are decently big and they're $13 each so for some of the more filling meals, you don't really need a side.
