First time there, very nice store with lots of antiques and collectibles. Several vendors with well maintained booths. Good prices and today a few booths 20-50% off. Very clean. Staff is great!

Super cool place whether you're looking for antique furniture, art, or just some nick nacks. Prices can be a bit high though so don't come looking for something cheap.

No, but there's 15-20 overhead fans and it's actually quite comfortable.
People rent spaces and bring in their items, display them and price them. There are people there that watch over the booths and take the money of purchases for the individual booth owners. I've found some wonderful deals there.
