I had the Lobster Risotto, American Wagyu Filet mignon with 2 scallops, and a Chocolate Pot De creme dessert. Everything was excellent. The service was great. It takes 2- 2.5 hours to go thru the courses and is very high end prices, But I would do it again !

It also comes down to how picky people are. To some, this is a whole new experience so they could be misjudging something that they've never experienced. For example, 1 person at our table ordered the potato wedges as her side and they come out dark and crispy. She thought they were burnt so she immediately complained but in reality that is how they were served at the restaurant. And honestly they looked good, I should have tried one. So yeah it is all about pickiness and perspective.
