What is the best time of day to get the best service? Ive seen posts about long waits, and not too great service. This will be a joint birthday celebration...I'd almost rather stay home if it is not going to be a happy memorable experience.

Sherii you can make a reservation via their website. My husband and I went later in the evening during the week and there was no wait at all. Our service was AMAZING. If you are a fan of delicious food and fine dining you will have the time of your life. Personally I believe by geerzerfetus has absolutely no clue about what fine dining is. Hello it's Gordan Ramsay's not Golden Corral!

When I went it was on a Saturday. My reservation was at 9pm. I arrived a few minutes early and was seated immediately and the service I got was excellent.

It will be a memorable experience, expect the entire service to be 2-3 hours. The meal there is top quality but you also get a show of sorts. Best time in my opinion is a reservation for 630pm to leave by 9-930pm

There are no long waits for seating if you have a reservation. When we have been it is fairly immediately to the table. You can make a reservation online with them at their site or open table lists them. It is a good fun experience for once or twice and I would recommend anyone do it at least once but there are better dining options when you get past the pomp and circumstance.

Sherri, I called the restaurant to make my reservation. No one is going to pick up, but they always call back, so make sure you leave your name and number. The restaurant doesn't open till 5 pm. I reserved my table for a Saturday. I was late but I called and left a voice mail stating I was running late and pushed the time back to 5:30 pm instead. Once there, there was no wait time. This place has the best customer service, I've ever had in my life. The Lobster Risotto was delicious and Beef Wellington. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the different types of steaks they have and they will come by your table and show you the different types of meat you can select. My wife and I are not wine or alcohol drinkers, but they gave us the best bottle of wine I've ever tasted! They have a huge wine selection, I believe about 150 different selections you can choose from. My wife loved this place and was so thankful because she's a big fan of Gordon Ramsay. Take about $120 per person

Our reservation was at 8. Service was great but they had some sort of hiccup and it took forever for food to begin to arrive. However our servers were fantastic, thr company was fantastic and when the good arrived, it too was fantastic. Dinner takes 2-3 hours here. Overall a great experience

It is mediocre at best. The monstrously large steak cart is beyond gimmicky. The decor is strange at best. A 30 foot wide picture on mirror of Gordon and a British flag that looks like it belongs in a college dorm. The execution of the meals are flawless as the chef's and waiters are top notch. The problem is nothing is actually overly impressing when compared to the actual cost of the experience. It is like going to the McDonald's of fine dining. Yes it is prefect but there is much better out there. Oh and I got the beef wellington. It is essentially a cheap cut of beef roast. Cook to perfection inside of dough. You could get the same experience cutting off a 1 inch cube at home and wrapping it in the mushroom, mustard, and dough shell. I'd honestly say spending that crazy amount of money at a Korean BBQ would be more fulfilling. Or going to a locally owned restaurant. Or if you are going with a crowd of people you could pool that money hire a personal chef, rent a spot, buy booze.
