I believe it is from 11am until 2pm for the lunch specials.
There are good dishes. It's not the worst in my opinion. Their chicken fried rice is good when fresh and their shrimp rangoon are on the sweet side.
Honestly, this was the worst chinese restaurant I've ever been too...wouldn't recommend to anyone.
