Buyer beware! I contacted the sales team regarding a Yukon XL they had available. We showed up ready to purchase it that day. As soon as we walked in the sales person informed us that it would be marked up $11k and would *include* an interior protection program. We informed them that we were not interested in this package but they insisted it was marked up that much either way due to the demand of the vehicle and the protection package was to make the markup more palatable. They also informed me they had a buyer for the vehicle that was coming later that day. Why would they want to sell it out from under them? I have been working with other dealerships to obtain one of these vehicles that insist they would not do this. I would recommend you call around and take your business somewhere else that does not use these types of tactic.

I love my new Buick Enclave. As with any process in life not everything always goes perfect. However the true mark of a good company and management team is when those issues are identified how do they respond. I must admit that both the general sales manager and general manager listened to my feedback and responded in an exceptional manner. They did all they could do to ensure I was a satisfied customer. This is the second new vehicle I have bought at Brogden so I think it says a lot when a customer returns to spend more of their money there. Both of the sales people I dealt with were very friendly and did all they could to help the transaction move at a faster pace so I was not wasting time. I recommend Brogden GMC/Buick!
