Worst haircut I've gotten in a long time. It's been two weeks since I got my haircut and it still won't lay down. I will never go back to this shop.

Hair cut in picture was NOT done at this location. I have been in two times for my son’s haircut. The first time the haircut was not great, they left a callac that I specifically asked to be cut off. The stylists working were both short with customers. The stylist did a poor job of doing a haircut with a mask in place and after my son’s mask was full of hair. I just chalked it up to them having a bad day and was willing to give them a second chance. The second time I went it, we asked for the same cut/ style we have gotten at other Great Clips, including them. They wanted to charge an extra $8 this time. The combination of poor customer service and trying to charge more than they should, we decided to leave without getting his hair cut. We went back to Great Clips on K7 & Santa Fe, a little further from our house, but worth it. They are always friendly and cut his hair the same style for the same price as always. I am including a picture of the haircut that was done at Great Clips on K7 & Santa Fe just to show what this great clips wanted to charge me extra $8 for.

The stylist (Leeza I believe) was VERY patient with my twins. She did an amazing job and offered up some useful hair care advice. I couldn't have asked for better service. Also, I want to applaud both stylist working while I was there. There was a potential customer who came in and was upset that they do temperature checks. He left pretty ticked off. Both stylists handled the situation professionally and in a calm and respectful manner (towards the potential customer and in front of the existing customers). Thank you for a positive experience 😁

I had a very pleasant experience at this location! My hair was cut by Dawn, she was very sweet and most of all, made sure I was happy and comfortable. Right now my hair feels very healthy and silky, it's also very well cut — stylistically and equally shortened on both sides! My hair is pretty unruly and thick, but Dawn sure did a wonderful job! Thank you!
