Love the Pet Ranch! They were able to take my 18mo Boxer in for a week on limited notice after Woof and Play Leawood stated he had too much energy... Kobe loves going to the Pet Ranch and playing with all of the other dogs. Friendly staff, tired dog. :)

Absolutely, hands down, the WORST company I have ever done work for! I am a locally owned and operated locksmith business (with multiple years of 5 star ratings) and this outfit called me to repair an egress door. I repaired their door and sent them an invoice, which covered ADDITIONAL hardware costs of which they requested as their door was deemed insufficient to meet fire and safety codes, per the City Of Olathe. I tried multiple times to receive a payment from their local "management" (some very young girl) and even had to go as far as contacting their headquarters offices out of state. 6 months later and I'm still yet to be paid for my services or the $1400 of commercial hardware they had me purchase out of pocket. Next stop is the local district court. I strongly advise against supporting this business. They are NOT locally owned and operated by local owners. They are part of a nationwide chain, who apparently has issues in various other states. Do your homework. Support LOCAL businesses!

I don’t write reviews often, but feel like I need to for Pet Ranch. I’m very protective of my rescue and I have complete trust in Pet Ranch! I’ve taken her here for many years. They know her antics and still love her like I do! She’s not the best with other dogs, but I know they still give her the attention she needs while she’s there. The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend Pet Ranch enough.

We've been bringing our energetic 10 month old pup here for the last few weeks for daycare and can't say enough about how wonderful the Pet Ranch is. He runs to the door each visit excited to see the care takers and doggie friends. After we take him home he sleeps the rest of the day, happy & content. We did a lot of research into picking the best place and I'm certain we've found it.
