The quality of the food has changed somewhat, but they still serve up a good amount for the price. Now that they aren't open as many hours we don't get over there like we used to before the pandemic. Still a friendly atmosphere & not too noisy.

If you are a person of color I do NOT recommend going here. I am not a sensitive person or anything and have gone to many country restaurants like Cracker Barrel or Longhorn and Ive never felt such a weird atmosphere like I did here. You get a bunch of stares and it is filled with old fashion white people(I was the only non white person there). Also, there was a guy who seemed to have special needs or be drunk I couldn’t really tell but he was being loud and I wish the staff could’ve found a way to politely ask him to quiet down or stop. The food was very expensive and gross and the whole place looks dirty. They have carpet too which is unsanitary for a restaurant. Do not recommend.

Cutie little neighborhood restaurant. No frills no huss. Just a quick meal. I like the laid back come as you are atmosphere. And Julie's smile made it all taste better. 😉 I will be back

I love Mom's kitchen. Funny enough, a friend recommended it for one of their favorite burgers in town, but I have yet to try the burger there. I always end up with a full serving of biscuits and gravy and a side of hash browns. The biscuits are moist and fluffy and the gravy has a ton of flavor. The hash browns are always crispy and never soggy. My girlfriend had the eggs Benedict and she's an Eggs Benedict critic and she loved it and especially the hollandaise. She also had the potato chip items featured in the picture below and said they were crispy and tasty. My dad had the cheesy grits and a pancake and really enjoyed them as well. Outside of the food being great, the service was excellent. Tina was always there with refills and made sure we had everything we needed. Can't recommend Mom's enough for breakfast and, I'm told, a great cheeseburger
