Pass on this one. Very poorly ran and filthy. Staff seemed too busy when we arrived at our appointment for my dogs first day (the time was set by them, by the way). My dog showed up to his "meet and greet" and I ended up picking him up an hour and 15 minutes later as he was still not put inside a room to play. Who knows where he was during that time, but I am guessing a crate. When I called to check on where he was, the front desk didn't bother to pick up. My dog has been to daycare at 3 different locations and has absolutely loved it (unfortunately moving has forced us to look at new options), he visits dog parks frequently, has attended classes with other dogs and has never shown ANY signs of nervousness or anxiety. He absolutely loves other dogs, is super friendly, and plays with them whenever presented the opportunity. At other facilities he always entered the room and started socializing quickly- even in new environments. They claimed he was TOO NERVOUS to even be put in a room with other dogs???? What a joke! I could hear him whining from the lobby when I went to pick him up. They did not apologize or try to explain the situation. I suggest more knowledge on introducing a new dog to the pack, considering this is the only place we have ever had issues.

First time we took our dog there it was great we got a cute report card. We've had him stay over night twice.. Both times he came home very hungry. Never took us he had an issue eating. Wish I could give 5 stars but pur dog came home very hurt hes limping and his paw is hurt.. When we called they said it must've happened at home. We noticed this right when we got home. We love our dog so much were heart broken.. Now I'm not sure how much this going to cost. I'll give it 2stars for the competeitive cost.

I chose Fetchers because a friend used to work there and recommended it to me. I love that they are so thorough in the process of boarding your dog, and the options they offer. When I took Archie, they had him come for a Meet and Greet and gave me a report card so I knew he would do well before staying for several days as he's never been boarded before. He came back from the Meet and Greet so happy from all his friends. I really felt everyone there was knowledgeable and caring. I never worried that my dog was not being taken care of, or that he would be forgotten or neglected or unhappy. I am so thankful that caring people like this exist for our pets. If I ever take another long trip, this is where I'll bring him!
