Why does everyone working in this facility refuse to help customers? Why do I have to ask multiple people for help, spending an hour going from person to person until I get frustrated and leave?

It also depends on the time that you go in there. Most the people who do stocking over night don't really care about customer service.

I have no clue. I was Just visiting this walmart. In olathe ks for business reasons. I will never stop at this walmart again, due to the fact that they had a tag team male and female trying to pickpocket me. I told the cashier at the register but she really didn't seem to be bothered by it.

its not because of the less pay its just managers don't listen to us(i worked at this place). They won't change our time of work, and won't treat us nice and the store manger just don't care what type of work the manager doing. 0 out 10 just because your employee service is wrost

To be honest its the employees in this areaif your a tourist u have to understand they are backwoods not real guick if u understand
