Sometimes I like Walmart and sometimes I don’t. Most of the associates I’ve come across here have been friendly, but NOT all of them. I can usually find what I need and there’s a good variety of products.

First person I asked a question, didn't speak English. The Check out process is awful, The other day the machine couldn't accept credit cards and no signage on it, I scanned everything then a very annoyed staff member needed to help me. Today the hand scanner didn't work on a different machine, there was a note wrapped around it, but heavy items are difficult to lift and scan. I hurt my right hand. If you don't want to hire people at least have working machines to make our work easier.

Selection in some departments is low. No registers with a cashier open, all self check out (this was at 10pm though but I still expected one at least). Had to check out my own groceries while an employee, just a few feet away, looked at his phone. I'm not usually a "Karen" but at least don't have your phones out when you're on the clock, in uniform, and in front of customers.
