You need proof of military service. Go to the customer service desk & they'll take care of you. ( I'm not 100% sure on what piece of paper it is as I have never served. I think it's a D-2219 or something...? My apologies if it's not. )

Go to the stores help desk they will direct you from there.
Apply for Lowe's card from help desk, then your military discount is attached to the card
