Had my baby shower here 7/28. My mom went ALL out for me and I was so grateful however.... We rented it from 12-4. We set up from 12-1, shower was from 1-3, and the plan was to clean up from 3-4. We were rushed. As soon as my guests left some guys came in and picked up tables and chairs and started setting up chairs by the stage. This caused my grandma who ride with my mom to feel like she had to stand. The shower was great but our experience from staff from 3-4pm was not so great. My mom said something to the guys and I feel like an hour of time that we had paid for was pretty much given to them as we were RUSHED out the door. My mom contacted them and all she got was a "sorry, please consider us in the future". Very disappointing.

I would of love to have given you 5 stars but here's what happened. I rented the MPR from 12 to 4 for a baby shower. I wanted plenty of time to decorate and clean up. The center is very nice. Here is what happened at 2:45 my guests told me two guys looked in on us twice. At 3:00 they came in started pulling trash and started setting up chairs by the stage. I still had a paid hour. They didn't even care I still had guests there. They went into the kitchen pulled that trash. I asked is there another party? He said yes until midnight. We all felt like we were being rushed to get out. We left at 3:45 this is not cool. Do not overbook. It's not fair.
