The nursing and intake staff were amazing but Dr. Crabtree didn't seem to have the time or desire to address my concerns. I have multiple chronic conditions and I suspect a few more based on my symptoms, she was trying to usher me out and I had to directly ask for a referral for physical therapy even though we had already talked about it and I also had to directly ask about the two conditions I would like to be either referred for or evaluated for and she said "we can talk about that in 3 months" at my follow up. I'm not very hopeful she will be a permanent part of my support team based on today's interactions. She also said "you don't seem like you're in very much pain," even though we had already gone over that I have two chronic pain conditions. Her nurse who came in before her was far more friendly and seemed to actually care about my health and well-being.

I would give them zero stars if I could. My company was recently sold and I don't have my insurance card yet. My HR got me an emergency ID but this place would not treat me for a galling dog bite because I did not have a card, and the front desk was too lazy to call United Health Care to verify coverage.

The worst! This nurse left hateful, horrible messages after the insurance company contacted them on my behalf. I had contacted the insurance company because I had been waiting for weeks for a call back. Never should a medical professional treat someone this way. Do better!

The wait times are reasonable and staff are very nice. However, after I visited urgent care I was asked to come in again the next day because a test hadn’t been completed correctly and they had to redo it. The same doctor then forgot to sign and specify the prescription that was sent to CVS, and the office didn’t respond to CVS contacted them.
