People at self check out were rude. will just go to target they check you out and are very polite. If I have tinsoend money going to spend it in places where they know how to treat me like a human being

Took over 15 minutes to have my ID checked and this employee “Tracy” called the cops on me for asking her if she could check my ID. Seriously this place is all staffed with minors who can’t and don’t do anything or people who need a 72 hour hold (mental health hospitalization). AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

If I could give 0 stars I would! For starters this is the worst store to shop at! Nothing is never stocked and theirs never any registers open! Home office comes at least 3-4 times a week because of how bad of store it is! Money center people is never no where to be found leaving a long line. Store manger, coaches & hr is terrible! They belittle you, use racist slurs(especially coach Theresa) & never helps. Team leads get to bully & over work associates! You can never ask for help without them complaining & making it seem like you bothering them. Reporting issues never get you anywhere’s except of stared down.

Managers have no clue what they are doing they aren’t good at solving issues. I’ve shopped at this store for a few years. I understand that the policy is important to stand by but managers and associates do not need to have a nasty attitude because of it. You as an associate might not make the policy but neither do I.
