BE AWARE !!!! I started working with the Tork Motorsports team and John Bushbaum on tuning my 2013 VT but my experience has been a nightmare. I placed the order for my tune on 3/31 and it was completed on 5/31. During that time John did not tell me everything he needed in advance, would send 1 AM emails requesting the info, and at times would not respond to emails and messages for days. Since recieving the tune I have not recieved a response from the company via email, several phone calls over several days and (2) Facebook messenger chats. I have had plenty of patience with the company but this experience has left me with a car with a BLOWN !!! motor. Despite the argument if the tune caused the engine failure, decent customer service would have been appreciated. BE AWARE !!!!

Business appears to be out of business for quite some time. It is permanently closed during business hours. I purchased online a product to be picked up at the location and they collected the money but never fulfilled the order and no one pickup the phone. Goes straight to the voice mail and the message it is that box it's full. They don't reply emails. A total ripoff.

Fantastic people. I'll reccomend their product and service to anyone. I installed a part they made to help clear a check engine light for velosters (MAC BOV solenoid). I wasn't able to read boost any more afterwards, and thought it was the product. I reached out to them over instagram and they helped me trouble shoot over the past week or so. We eventually found out that I had tapped into the wrong line for my boost guage. But the product did its job, and cleared my check engine light. I'm sure it was frustrating trying to trouble shoot with me, and also eventually finding out that it wasn't even because of anything to do with their product. But they stuck with me and kept helping me try to figure it out. Product works great, and their customer service is great. 5/5 and a HUGE thank you to Tork.

I reviewed each one of the places that tunes Veloster, after the reviews and research and PROOF of what the cars can do I went with Tork. And started buying my parts from them. John has been extremely helpful to me in my process from my blow of Valve issue, to my tune and things I wanted and to my solenoid issues, I upgraded and went stuffed turbo, and picked up new solenoids for the BOV and waste gate, and a new down pipe, and more. When I have had questions or ran into problems, John was there to answer questions. Iam across the country from him and it amazes me how he is able to help me. My car now, with my current tune runs a high 12. I would of never thought I would run those numbers but I do now because of John and him telling me the things I needed to have. And best part. If I needed a part He told me get this to support this so I was throwing money at it. John and Gina both rock! And you too Matt!
