10/10 would recommend going here if you're looking for a car. I went in with the hopes of buying my first car and Kevin was extremely helpful, answered all my questions (even the ones I didn't know I had) and was super reliable. He responded very quickly and was easy to get a hold of. Kevin talked me through the anxiety that comes with buying a first car and the all the staff was wonderful. And I left with a car that I love :-)

I went to Auburn VW after looking at a few cars online. Michael Charrey met us in the parking lot and made us feel comfortable from the start. He listened to my needs, answered my questions, didn't rush through to get the sale. I ended up buying a brand new gorgeous Jetta and couldn't be happier! Michael was professional, but so friendly and funny - I was really dreading the whole car buying experience, but Michael made it actually enjoyable! If you are looking for a car, new or used, go find him!

This was my first ever car buying experience. I truly appreciate not feeling like I was being sold a ton of false hopes. Michael kept things up front and honest with me and was willing to work through all the needs I had in a new vehicle.
