We stayed here for two nights while visiting in Eastland. The exterior is nicely updated. Our room was gross. There was black stubble from the previous occupant shaving around and in the sink. The toilet seat was broken and so worn the white painted surface was gone in places. The sheetrock had gouges out of it and black mold around the shower. The walls of the room are scuffed from years of use. There was no extra toilet paper in the room, we had to go ask for more at the front desk after the partial roll in the room was used. We asked for towels the second day, they put a stack of towels in the room but just left the dirty ones. The recliner in our room had stuffing literally coming out of it from years of use. Despite the 100+ temperatures outside, the pool was very cold.

Dirty, stains on chairs, stains on wall, mildew on wall around air conditioner. Fleas in the room bit me on the legs multiple times. At first I thought bed bugs but I killed a flea that was stuck to my ankle. I won't stay here again

Positive: The carpet needs replacing and the couch had stains all over it. Time for an update and cleaning up. We have stayed here lots of times and are happy with it other than it doesn¿t look as clean as it should. Just wear and tear. Good food for breakfa Negative: Needs remodeling. Commode to short. Executive suite should have tall commode for adults.

The bathroom shower had hair all over it, including in the drain. They moved me to another room. In the second room there was urine and fecal matter all on the outside of the toilet. I reported the issue to the housekeeping manager and staff. The response was, “we are trying and short staffed.” The older lady at the front desk was the best part of the place. She was kind and understanding. She was apologetic and tried to fix things. I’m a travel RN and I have a hard time overlooking things that are unclean, including bodily fluids. I’ve seen truck stop bathrooms cleaner than this. I took pics to send to management. I would post on here if this app allowed me to.
