I love Lowe's and love to shop there but their Garden Center has gone way downhill. They gave shade plants in the sun and vise versa. Nobody waters anything, there are pots overturned with dirt falling out. 4 years ago it was an awesome garden center but it seems to get worse every year. The employees are standing around doing absolutely nothing except chatting with each other and they have no knowledge at all. Please get your act together!!

I love the carts Lowe's has for disabled adults.. I recently had a stroke and have to walk with a cane. Lowe's carts make it easy and fun to shop there with my adult son!

Wow this place sucks!!! Wasted an hour trying to get a product I needed. Store team failed to keep item stocked but I could see it stored on bay above. Asked team member to help get it down they said "I can't do that but will find someone" disappeared and never camed back. After waiting 20 mins I went up to customer service and told them situation and asked if they can have someone pull product down so I could purchase. They asked over the phone for team member to help and they said "I am too busy" I thought cool you guys clearly don't want to take my money 🤣. At that point. Woman walked up (team member) to find out about situation she stated if a customer needs it now then we need to get it down, I thought cool someone who cares about keeping product stocked so customers can purchase, after starting this she walked back to what I assume we're the break room/offices and I never saw her again.....waited another 15 mins as the customer rep called people over the phone and figured you know what, I can get what I need at home Depot and it likely won't take an hour.lowes does not keep products stocked and does not care about customer needs this is clear.

Ordered online to have fence materials delivered for my business... the day it was supposed to be delivered i get an update that says my delivery has been moved back more than 2 weeks and has been outsourced to another store location. so i lose money that day and send all my guys home.. for the next 4 days in a row i am told it will be there the next day after a couple hours on the phone.... finally they tell me it will be delivered on saturday, so i give them an extra day and call sunday which is today. i get informed by customer service that they dont even do shipping on weekends and now i must wait until monday. just in one week they have cost me close to a thousand dollars for my help and gas. now i just hope someone competent gets my order and i actually get it monday. this is unacceptable.. we schedule our jobs around the deliveries, but dont worry i was offered 70 dollars off for shipping LUCKY ME. in all honestly a company with any integrity at all would make this right one way or another. if nobody reaches out to me i think i just became a HOME DEPOT man for life

You need proof of military service. Go to the customer service desk & they'll take care of you. ( I'm not 100% sure on what piece of paper it is as I have never served. I think it's a D-2219 or something...? My apologies if it's not. )
