NRED eventually came to a solid conclusion with us, and we are now in the 3 bedroom promised. Reaching out to ownership and utilizing the review links NRED provided in an automated email were the most effective way to get through to them. The location is stellar, the amenities are above average, and the apartment itself is quite adequate. Not 5 stars because parking is kinda cramped and how much we had to go through to get into an apartment that fits our family.

I am very glad I moved to an Apt. complex that appears to be very interested in the needs and concerns of their tenants. Very refreshing, considering what I just experienced at my former complex. The maintenance is so quality minded and the office personnel is truly kind and attentive in an authentic way. This is a large complex so knowing how busy each of them are it’s so nice to feel like I’ve made the right choice. A happy tenant. :)

I’ve lived here for almost three years now and have had some of the best years of my adult life living here - most definitely the best apartment complex I’ve lived in since moving out of the original nest. The community events are fun and inviting, as are the people who work there. If you’re on their side, they’re on yours. Maintenance has always been prompt and helpful and there has never been a time where I’ve felt like I was just another number to them. The groundskeepers are active on the property and maintain the area well - if there’s a storm, they’re cleaning it up the next day. There is a lot of care put into the place and I am so grateful to have found such a special spot in the most perfect place in the city, where you’re located right in the middle of anywhere you’d need to get to. I love Roeland Park and I love living at The Boulevard!

I had been leaving for more then 2 year and I love the stuff there treat you like Family, best community. I definitely recommend this property. family oriented and always there to help! Adaf, Nichole and Amber are always nice, and helpful. love the resident events!
