Lake Preston just redid their bathrooms to make them storm shelters that also include showers. However you need to contact city finance officer to make reservations. $10.00 a night fee
The state parks have showers and electric Outlets at Lake Thompson I'm not sure about the city park itself in Lake Preston it does have electrical outlets but I'm not sure about the shower situation.
