Yes, they do. When you go thru the front doors, look immediately to your right. It's clearly marked "Family Restroom".

Mc Donalds alway have cleaned facilities.
There were just men's and women's restrooms. I'd make sure an adult could go in. Maybe it would be good to stop at a gas station or another place with a one person restroom. Better safe than sorry.
