The staff are friendly, and the store is very clean. Its always pleasant picking up Pizza here. I live within walking distance of another pizza chain, and I am always more than happy to cross the AL/TN border to visit this Pizza Hut for the quality and taste. Never disappoints!

My pizza was ready when I arrived. I was in and out of the store in about 5 minutes. The pizza was very tasty. 👍

I could only select 3:30 as the earliest pickup time. I needed it at 3:15 because I had family in the area so I called and they were able to print my order receipt early and get everything ready a few minutes earlier for me...so this saved my family an extra trip into town! Great service!

When I placed an order online for delivery, the estimate said 60-70 minutes. After 45 minutes I refreshed the online tracker and it changed to 155 - 165 minutes. I called the store and was told that yes, it would take that long for our delivery to be made. I canceled the order. No pizza delivery should ever take 3+ hours. And the delivery time should not have been significantly less on the initial estimate. Poorly done Pizza Hut.
