When we were there 2 weeks ago we didn't have to wear any while tubing or in the building. I doubt you'd ever have to on the river unless you personally wanted to.

I was just there last week and we did not have to wear a mask except for in the building to check in.
I suspect not too risky but might have to wear them at the buildings! Call them
