Yes, there are grills and picnic tables along the shore
There are multiple campsites you can rent there are also family picnic areas with covered picnic spaces and grills for use for daily but there is a $2 fee to enter the state park it may be more at this point in time also be aware there is a boat ramp for putting your boat in for the day if your water enthusiastic!
There is a day use area right when you first come into the park to the left. And yes, you can grill, play, picnic, fish and there's even a pier and boat area too! I know because I was a camp host there in May!
